Bad Service

Why i put the title as bad service?

1. My mom ordered those furniture since 26 Feb and 25 April only they send us the furniture.
2. They promise us ,the stock will be arrive before 10 April but they didn't make it.
3. They send us wrong bed, the bed we ordered not that high.
4. They promise us will come in the afternoon for changing the low bed but they didn't make it.

If i drop from this bed, my bones sure break.
